Vagner Caetano Solutions LLC operates under the trade name VC Clean Co., providing residential and commercial cleaning services in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and surrounding areas. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

•Full name, email address, and phone number when you request a quote or make a booking

•Messages or enquiries submitted via our contact form

•Payment card information - this is collected and processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. We do not receive, transmit, or store your card number, CVV, or expiry date on our own servers at any point.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs (see Cookies, Section 6).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

•Process and confirm your bookings and service requests

•Deliver cleaning services at your specified address

•Communicate with you about upcoming appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations

•Process payments and manage recurring billing through Stripe

•Send service reminders and follow-up communications where you have provided consent

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payment Processing & Stripe

All payment card transactions on our platform are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). When you enter payment details, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe's servers using industry-standard TLS encryption. VC Clean Co. does not store, process, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiry date.

We do receive and retain a Stripe Customer ID and a tokenised Payment Method ID, which allow us to process recurring charges for clients on a recurring cleaning plan. These tokens cannot be used to make charges without Stripe's direct involvement and do not represent card data.

5. Text Messages & Calls (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages and calls from VC Clean Co. regarding your booking, appointment reminders, and service-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us at booking@vccleanco.com.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how visitors use the site.

Stripe retains payment-related data in accordance with their own retention policies.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
